What a tower photograph never shows
After a dozen viewings in Dubai Marina I learned to ignore the wide shot of the living room entirely. The frame that told me something was the one taken from the balcony looking sideways, along the face of the building, because it shows how close the next tower stands and how much sky you actually keep. Agents rarely take that shot, so I started taking it myself on every visit and comparing them at home. My shortlist came off https://emirates.estate/ and my own photographs decided the order.
