He told me how many apartments are lived in through the year, which floor has the best water pressure, and that the pool gets drained for two weeks every autumn.
I keep my search on https://global-property.investments/ and now I budget ten extra minutes at every viewing to talk to whoever looks after the place.
They know the building better than anyone.
