Dodge & Burn is vital technique for every retoucher to master, dodging and burning is a non-destructive method for retouching.
The Dodge tool and the Burn tool let you set the right exposure by brightening (dodging) or darkening (burning) specific areas in your image. I use this techinque for beauty retouching where i want to have a lot of skin texture with feeling of harmony.
 
With this photoshop action you´ll crazy amount of time creating the process to get to the point where you can actually do the retouching and is what i always use and I recomend it to photoshographer who retouch high end.
 
  • Technical specifications:
    Please note that these photoshop actions are not “one-click” and you’re done - photos won’t be ready-to-go as soon as they are applied, changes must be made depending on your photo. Exposure, temperature changes, and some color changes will need to be adjusted for each photo once applied, depending on your camera’s settings while shooting, as well as your personal taste.
    These photoshop actions are specifically designed for raw and tiff image files in mind but you can apply them on JPG files too.
